FDNY, Memorial Seminar
Congratulations to Elmsford Fire Department for once again hosting a fantastic Lt. Andy Fredericks Memorial Seminar. Battalion Chief Jerry Tracy, FDNY, presented this year’s topic "Private Dwelling Fires" to more than three hundred and fifty firefighters from across the Lower Hudson Valley and other States.

A similar video to the one below was shown at Elmsford Fire Department's Lt. Andy Fredericks, FDNY, Memorial Seminar Firefighter Close Calls presented by Chief Billy Goldfeder on
Saturday November 24, 2007 - Fire at 119 Cobb Lane
The Chiefs, Officers and Members of the Tarrytown [Volunteer] Fire Department would like to express our sincere gratitude to our fellow Firefighters, who responded to the call for mutual aid for the 119 Cobb Lane fire. Perhaps the most fitting and complementary comment heard at the scene regarding the mutual aid was “they arrived ready to work, and were put to work”. Firefighter responding to the scene included Tarrytown FD, E76, TL78, L37 E80 E77 E79, Sleepy Hollow FD, E85, Irvington FD 2202, FAST, R49, E178, Pocantico Hills FD T12, Westchester Department of Emergency Services Battalion 14, Westchester Cause and Origin Zone 3, Ardsley FAST (E165), Ossining E99 & L42. Our fellow Firefighters on standby included Pocantico Tanker E237 & TL 21 at Tarrytown HQ, Ossining Engine at Sleepy Hollow and Hastings E44 at Irvington. As always a special thanks to Tarrytown Ambulance Corps [TVAC] , Irvington EMS and the Disaster Response team.
